I bought this from Trainworld, and I was so pleased when it arrived, I did the normal lubrication before putting this on my simple layout. and after adding smoke fluid, I was amazed at how much this locomotive produced and the steam whistle was outstanding with the "steam" it also produced, I also have a Mikado with steam whistle, but the Consolidation is far superior, I do not know if Lionel had changed the design on the smoke units but it beats the Mikado hands down.
