I just moved to Myrtle Beach SC and am into 3 Rail Hi Rail. My question is how many people are in this area that are interested in the same.

At one of the malls on the north side of town there is a club that has a layout in the mall. It is open to the public once or twice a month. Sorry I can't remember more but it is not in the outlet mall. Going north out of mb it is on the left.
I’ve been there many times. Great place and really good people. They are mostly HO. The name of the club is the Grand Strand Model Railroad Club. They have a small 3 Rail which was just redone, very nice
The Grand Strand Model Railroaders is located in the Myrtle Beach Mall. The address is 10177 N Kings Hwy (Route 17) Coming north it will be on your left. Park near the Bass Pro-shop. They have also announced a new location at the Inlet Square Mall which is 10125 Hwy 17 By-Pass in Murrells Inlet. They are having a show there on Nov 11 and 12.
Poconotrain welcome to the area. I operated the Creative Pastime Hobby Shop in nearby Conway back in the 80’s. Now retired but still enjoy talking about trains I welcome a call from you. I now model 2 rail 0 scale but I still have some old store stock if you are interested.
Not much 3 rail in the area, but the MB club does have an operating layout.
