Has anyone had any issues with their parts orders? While I did receive an email confirmation and I had a pending charge to my CC, the pending is gone and now I can't find and status on the Lionel site. The email address I ordered it under no longer work for the parts site. I just want to know if I should contact Lionel or wait a few more days. If folks are getting their parts I may have to call.

Chill out. Lionel is now using USPS. A week to ten days after the first business day is not uncommon. Couple that with a likely flood of orders and I suspect they have their hands full.
The past half dozens orders I have placed were not followed up with shipping notices either.

You can register on the USPS web site and set up a dashboard that automatically will track any package that is being sent to your address. It does not filter by name, just by address. You do not need the tracking number. It is free.
I set mine up a long time ago, and use it to track stuff coming to my house.
According to my dashboard, my Lionel parts are on their way.

First off I am chilled out so there. My question was because the pending charge and online status both are no longer there which could indicate a problem. I'm not looking for the order to arrive over night I just want to make sure that it is being processed. A simple question that will help me decide if further action is warranted. I had issues with the usual login to the Lionel parts site so I am a bit curious if I have another issue. The dashboard doesn't accept the username and PW I used to order the parts.

Mine accepts it; but in the "My Lionel" link, nothing shows on the recent/history order pages.
I made two orders. One large one, and a much smaller one right before midnight on Sunday, I got the emails from them but no charges.
OK after digging through the layers of the Lionel website I managed to find the order status as "shipped". My login works on some parts of the website and not others. So I appreciate the comments. and help. I think what concerned me more was the lack of a CC charge and the pending status gone as well.

I called Brittany on Monday and my order was complete. I was trying to combine two orders into one due to an error. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the second order shipping because they were already pulled and shipped.
Interesting though I did not receive an email that my orders were shipped...

I tried this as well. Lionel normally gets me with $10 shipping and a $5 USPS express box, but this last time I was charged $15 for the one shipping and the amount of stuff, had to be more then $30 worth of postage.
Still no shipment emails.
I didn't get an email saying it shipped. That wasn't a concern. The disappearance of the pending charge (not replaced by an actual charge) and the inability to log onto to check until I went through several paths was my concern. Once I was able to find my order status and it was shown as shipped I'm good to wait for it to show up.
Only ordered 1 part but got it on Tuesday.

Marty, So you were not charged for said parts? I don't see a charge either.

I'm sure it will show up on my CC eventually. If not I'll let Lionel know.
My order arrived yesterday, I just placed it on the first day of the 50% sale. Everything was there, everything was correct, a very professional and speedy job. FWIW, it was shipped UPS and not USPS.

I ordered on Friday a large order and again on Sunday a small order of things I forgot. Yesterday Wednesday I received the small order and still am awaiting the large order. I too live in Pa. and usually get orders from Lionel within two - three days. Hang in there they probably have gotten lots o orders.
I'll wait to see whats at the house when I get home, if not; I'll give them a buzz tomorrow.

The small order I placed (based upon this thread) arrived via USPS yesterday.
If its over 100 bucks it's ussally ups and you have to sign for it usually.
I place two orders; one on Sunday and one on Friday. Sunday's order arrived last night. I am still waiting on Friday's order.

I was actually surprised that I got my order so quickly, like GRAMPS, I expected it to take additional time over their typical fast response due to the volume of orders I'm sure they received. I'd suggest you all just keep your pants on, I'm sure it'll be coming soon.

My order placed early Saturday morning just arrived via USPS. All is well. I did not expect (or need) overnight.
Well, my order shows "Shipped," however, when I check the tracking number I get this message from the USPS, "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later". I hope that doesn't mean the package was misplaced and never got to the post office. It obviously hasn't been scanned in yet.

I ordered my parts on Saturday. I just checked my order and it has a status of shipped, yesterday it was still processing. The tracking number is not working yet but I expect that USPS has not actually gotten the package yet. Normally, its about 24 hours for me to see the tracking status. I expect to see it Saturday.
I placed an order. I received a confirmation shortly after the order. I haven't received any other information. I did check the 3 shippers and USPS shows an order scheduled to deliver to my address today.
Setting those profiles up in an online comerce society is worth every bit of the effort (and it's free).
I got my parts today via USPS. Haven't checked the credit card for a charge.
Still haven't got my Friday order. Might call Lionel tomorrow?
My order arrived yesterday, complete, discounted, and otherwise perfect.

Placed my order Sunday (for a replacement flasher for the Fastrack crossing) and it arrived yesterday.

I ship a lot of stuff First Class Parcel, many times I don't get any scans until it's delivered. That doesn't necessarily indicate anything bad happened.
I ordered last Sunday and called them today. They were extremely polite, confirmed my order was in the system and indicated they had a really large volume of orders due to the 50% off sale. I was told they expected to ship out no later than next Monday.
I placed a small order Saturday and it arrived with regular mail today.
Ordered a few things on Sat. and they hit the doorstep today. All the way in California.
Pretty good service in my book.

I received all my parts yesterday, even in FL. Amazing service. Now I just have to learn how to replace a smoke unit fan motor. (wah wah wah WAAAHHHHH)
