I recently purchased the Vision Line Pennsylvania GG1 in Tuscan Red in December 2016. When I unboxed it I was not aware until it was pointed out to me by a friend that the contact strips on one of my pantographs was missing.
I checked my initial photograph of the GG1 that I took when I unboxed.  I noted this part was missing since the day I unboxed it. I enclose pictures and receipt to illustrate the problem to Lionel and asked if it would be possible to get a replacement part from them.   Their quick reply was the part was in the mail!  Thanks Lionel for backing up your product.

Hey, as long as it gets here....I will be happy.   But it has been my experience in the past that their ship times on parts was reasonably fast.   My main reason for posting is that this part could easily be overlooked and wanted those who bought the Vision line GG1 to be aware.  Hopefully my issue was an isolated instance.
