Inspired by the guru of SuperStreets, aka Lee Willis, I embarked on a conversion of my own. I simply took a K-Line version of the SWAT van and swapped it out for a FedEx van that I picked up on the cheap. The tooling is almost identical so it only took a little shaving of the plastic frame on the SuperStreets chassis to make it fit.
Eventually I will try a much more involved conversion. Until then enjoy the short clip!

No offense Spence!! LOL!! I checked out the link to Spence's layout photos, now I get it. That is one nice collection of UPS equipment.
To keep the Brown fans happy I am including photos of my next conversion. It looks like this will be a relatively easy conversion as well considering the wheel base is similar. Even one of the screw posts may line up.
