Attention Lionel, Can you please make another production run on the Union Pacific Heritage SD70ACe Cab Number 4141?

This time i want SILVER trucks and fuel tank, not that sparkly metallic ...
I bet if your patient, you'll get the entire funeral train. I mean no disrespect here, however if one if not both manufactures don't jump on the opportunity then they need new marketing teams. It could be done in a very classy way. I have no doubts you'll see a re run of this engine in the probably near future. Lionel and Mth both seem to handle these type of events pretty well from what I've seen in the past. I'm excited to see what they put together for him for his final ride. Very honorable man deserves and honorable send off.
I've been asking both Lionel and MTH privately for another 4141 run for a few years. It seems that there are some legal hurdles here to clear that were not present or are now being more enforced than they were when the original runs of these were produced. That was the story about a year ago. Whether the historical significance of what is happening this week is enough to get someone to venture out and run it again, that is yet to be seen.
I agree that maybe not the entire train, but 4141, baggage car, and maybe a business car or two would make a nice representation and is very possible if it can be done without stirring the pot.
I would take one as well.

Agreed sir!
Perhaps this is an idealistic and unrealistic way of thinking, but to me the best way to offer the set without it looking like they are trying to profit from 41's death would be to have a portion of the proceeds go to a charity related to him. I have wanted the 4141 for years now though and would definitely be interested in buying one.
MTH has a RK version of the locomotive with a Buy It Now button online in the product locator. It was cataloged in the 2017 catalog, so I don't know what legal issues they would be having. If I had a job I would have bought one.
IMHO no matter your politics, Union Pacific did a great job of bringing the iconic, highly recognizable and gorgeous Air Force One graphic design to their modern day locomotive.
I got pictures of the Trains in Spring and 1943 (Spirit of Union Pacific) is with it as well. Dual Trains it looks like will be headed to College Station.
Found this 4141 update on the local news.

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to properly embed the video link from either abc6 or abc13.
Oh come on! You don't want the $1500 original release one that's currently listed on that world-famous auction site? Go for it! It comes with a free caboose!
on the way to Houston
All of the ones available on the bay have been gobbled up. There’s one guy trying to retire of the sale of his. I’ve got it with the caboose and I love mine.
The recent Ryan and Dave Christmas show on Facebook addressed this. They will have something for the HW Bush Funeral train likely in 2019 V2.
