Here are some more Hy-Cubes , the weathered C&O which is now in real life CSXT 180428

which can be found on the internet is for a forum member, and the rest are just ones I am

doing while I was set up.One thing is the contrast of the age and the sun fading the graphics ,

the fact there is still a lot of original paint scheme cars out there , especially around the car industry in Detroit.

The ANN ARBOR is a new body style I made , it is Thrall ,it will be weathered and rusted for

the late 80's , the PCF Cottonbelt will be built with short ladders and heavily weathered and faded with

torch marks where the ladders were cut down , the original built in 64 had a running board and

ladders going up to the roof.I also have Greenville ,Pullman and Pacific car and foundry. Next up will be

Frisco , N&W . the pictures are good but up close these are really cool , one 2 railer has gotten 14 of

these from me. He lives in Mass. I keep bugging him for a video of them in a consist.

As the happy owner of a few hy-cubes built and weathered by Scratchbuilder 1-48,  I thought I'd post a couple of photos of a string of Chessie and C&O cars patched to CSX. As I don't presently have a layout I lined them up on my CD shelf for a portrait. My future layout is in the planning stage and I hope to get benchwork up and some track laid next winter. The concept will be a short line running from a junction through a small rural town to an auto parts plant (not modeled, but in staging). Somewhat along the lines of the Ann Arbor's Saline branch. but freelanced. I can almost see these beauties running past the grain elevators now.
