Baby Madison light truck plates

Hello I have a set of Chicago & Alton passenger cars that the lights flicker. The trucks are such that one tryck has a ground strip the other a power pickup. I had asked about this some time ago and it was mentioned that a plate was available that has both ground and power pickup. Does anyone know what the part number might be?

You can add a pick-up roller assembly to the ground truck and add a ground strap to the pick-up truck, but I don't think Lionel offered a 6 wheel truck with both. No snap on plate for the 6 wheel trucks used on those cars.
