My Vision Big Boy Coal Tender failed to "fill". If I initiated a "fill" sequence, the fill sounds would start and never stop. The load would never fill or drop. I returned it to Lionel and they said: "depleting coal load not functioning - defective motor - replaced coal load motor". I was also VERY impressed with the three day turn around in their Service Repair Dept. I returned a CAB-2 recently and Lionel Service Dept. shipped it back to me in 2 days. Well done Lionel Service Department.
