I'm doing a bit of kit bashing and I want some grill material or mesh, in a size at least 3" x 3" to be used on a car roof. Any ideas? Etched brass or suitably small metal mesh is what I'm after.

if you could use nylon, you could use mesh sheetrock tape
Yes David, fine brass mesh used in carbies, maybe a bit too fine but that's the sort of thing. I think it needs to be metal, as it will be bent and will need to hold shape.
