Consist with DCS Commander? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I tried to search for the answer. My DCS Companion book is at home. And I'm not.

I also have a HO layout using MTH engines with a DCS Commander. I just picked up an a/b FA two engine set. 80-2212-1. They have no tether and both are powered and have PS3.

In order to run them I had to remove the other engines and use the ALL button. They run fine this way. But removing the other engines defeats the purpose of DCS.

IS the DCS Commander capable of creating a consist so that I can run them together? Or does anyone have other ideas?

I'm pretty sure the DCS Commander doesn't handle a lash-up, the full DCS system is the one you need.

I have the full system on my O gauge layout. Perhaps I need to consider one for this layout also.
