Do I Really Need the 1.5 Upgrade?

I am using my 1.3 Legacy to run only ONE Legacy engine: the VL Hudson. Do I really need the 1.5 Upgrade to access more features on this engine?

I do NOT plan to purchase any other Legacy engines at this time, nor do I own any other Legacy engine.

No, but there are some nice extras that will allow you to play more and try different stuff plus the feedback is much better.
