I'm moving to Prescott, AZ inside of two weeks and can't seem to find anyplace nearby to shop for train stuff.
Any help will be appreciated.

First, I'd advise changing the title of your post so people know what information you're looking for. Mysterious titles tend to get ignored.
There are two train shows a year in Prescott. The summer one, called the "Beat the Heat" show, is next Saturday, the 16th of August. Apart from that, the nearest train shops are in Phoenix. The only ones I am personally familiar with are in Mesa, and it's been so long since I've been up there that I can't remember the names of either one. You can Google for toy trains in Mesa and find them. There's also Burling's Tons of Trains in Fountain Hills that deals entirely in older and used trains. There are a few train shows per year in Phoenix and three in Tucson, if you are willing to drive that far.
You could always try one of the site supporters shown above. Nicholas Smith has been around for almost a hundred years and have a very large selection. Any one of them will be a good source for mail ordering.
Good Luck.
Looks like mail order and prowling antique stores is going to become a way of life.
Thanks guys.

Forty Rod,
I agree with the suggestion to change the title of your post. If you're a TCA member you can try the Division for that area.
Forty Rod,
Contact forum member PeterA (his contact info is in his profile). Peter lives in Paulden just north of Prescott. He will fill you in on everything trains around Prescott.
By the way, I'm very jealous - wish I had northern AZ in my foreseeable future.
Jim

There may be more...these are just the Arizona dealers that handle our magazine.
Considered moving there myself but have not made the decision yet. The AZ O gauge club is excellent but they are in Scottsdale in the McCormick-Stillman railroad park, about a 2 hr. drive from Prescott. A good bunch of guys too from all the ones I have met. They have a beautiful layout in the park and if you are into N or HO they are all together in one great new building. Best of luck in your new location.
Arizona Train Depot is the only O gauge dealer left in the Valley, He's in north east Mesa.
Further east and north is Burlings tons of trains in Fountain Hills, expect to pay at least full MSRP on anything still shrink wrapped, full price or more on post and pre war items. But if you are looking for a hard to find or rare item , he most likely has it.
It doesn't look as austere as I'd thought.
Thanks for the info.
It will be a while before I get anything running... have to remodel a lot of the "new" house first... but it's good to know there are places to go to get what I need.
I suspect the first stop will be Lowe's.
I used to hit the big 3 on the weekends in Mesa, then Mesa Models closed a couple of years back. This year we lost Roy's train world which only leaves Arizona Train Depot. Makes it hard to justify the long trip up from Casa Grande, but still try to get to Mesa every 3 months or so.
