engine start up

One of my Legacy engines periodically starts up when I turn on track power even thought I did not manually start it up using my controller.

I doesn't do this all the time. In addition, one of my MTH Protosound 3 engines does the same thing on a different part of the track.

what could be the problem?

Poor TMCC signal or Poor DCS Signal on that area of the track. For the Legacy engine, could also be bad reception on the engine. G
