FastTrack Switch Problem

Guys,

I need a little advice on a switch problem. This evening while running some trains I noticed one of my switches wasn't operating properly. It's a FastTrack RH 072 switch. I can here the solinoid operate but the points are not moving. When I operated the switch manually everything feels free. No binding. So before I rip this switch out and take it apart I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and what steps were taken to repair it. Thanks in advance for any advice.
