flex track

What are recommendations for a "middle of the road" flex 3 rail? I am not looking for top of the line, not the cheapest, just a decent flexible track with decent switches, (decent as in non derailing and not requiring me to mortgage the house).

You can't go wrong with Gargraves Flex track. I also prefer Ross Switches but they're not the cheapest.
