GCT (small version) question

I know some have replaced the light inside. How does one open this up? Or is the work all done through the opening for the light?

My windows popped out very easily which allows for insertion of another hand to help locate lights/LEDs, etc. They glue right back in (although I just set them in and the window has not yet fallen out. The clock OTOH does fall out <g>.
