Help: Converting 2-Rail to 3-Rail

Folks, there is a gentleman selling some Weaver WWII passenger cars on the forum. I'm looking for some of these but my layout is 3-rail.

What is involved in converting them from 2-rail to 3-rail?

I have spare trucks with pick up rollers (MTH, K-Line and Lionel) but I don't want to oversimplify the conversion if it's more involved them simply switching out the trucks. If that's even an option.

Any help will be much appreciated.
