Help Finding How-To Sanding Tower Project

I think there was a thread about adding on to the Lionel Sanding Tower using some other Lionel small track-side building as the sand drying building.

Maybe it wasn't a thread, but could have been in OGR at some point. I just don't remember.

Anyway, anyone remember this? Where is it? Or, what is the Lionel building called, or what is its part number?
