I am suspecting I may have the begining of a Legacy signal issue. I'll lose control of 4-5 Command Control switches at a time, and then they come back all by themselves. I am using a 185 watt brick with the TMCC Lock-on. The signal wire runs from the Cab 1L "U" post to the spring clip inside the TMCC lock-on. I haven't had any issues with this set up in the past.
I have recently added a second wire directly from the Cab 1L "U" post to the "negative (U)" on my main wiring distribution panel so the signal bypasses the lock-on and goes directly to the outside rails of the track. I know, It's redundant. But could this be an issue?
So with that out of the way, Here's the real issue I'm having.
I currently have a total of 13  O-72 Command Control Switches on the layout.  All work via Command Control except 1. I have removed the manual activation switches, so the switches only operate via Command Control, "Wirelessly". I have 1 O-72 switch that will not go into program mode when I hold the switch down 1-2 seconds. This was a used switch when I got it, so I'm figuring it's a bad receiver board.
BUT, I also have 2 brand new O-72 wyes that won't go into program mode either.  I know there is a "DATA" terminal under the switch. I'm wondering it the receivers of these switches were ever programmed from the factory. Is there any way to tell?
I did order one new receiver board from Lionel for the used switch I mentioned above. If that fixes that switch I was going to try it on the 2 wyes.

Anybody have any possible input to my issue?

Thanks in advance....
