The only change I'd do to Marty's video is I remove the PCB from the case to make it easier to do the soldering without risking hitting the case with the hot iron.
I had a request from someone to create an orange module for a Legacy engine because the original module was lost. I took the white modules that I had laying around and made them into writable orange modules. They only have one memory chip, so you can't use them for upgrades, but you can use them for single engine or multi-engine configuration modules.

@cbojanower I just wanted to say thanks for posting this video (@MartyE - Well done!). Between @gunrunnerjohn ‘s original article and the video I was able to take two blue modules and make make a couple of needed writeable modules in less then 20 minutes.. Thank you all!
