How to make it stick

I bought several tunnel portals for my walls. I'm guessing made out of some type of foam or fiber. Tried a few diff glues like liquid nail, but glue sticks to the wall, and not to the portals.

Eventually fall off on their own. So what can I use to make them stick permanently. Post

Try some Elmer's yellow tight bond.

If this does not work. I used some double sided sticky tape that worked great.
