IOS 18 update?

Ok, with the new IOS18 update for the iPhone/ipad, coming out just recently, I am gun shy to update anything do to the last big mess that MTH had with the update to the app. I know there is a difference between an app update and the operating iOS update, but still very Leary. Has anyone made the update and ran into any problems with the MTH app playing and getting along with the new IOS? Not to mention the new TIU coming soon (I hope) and the new update to the app that’s announced. Like mention before after the last big mess, I am shy to pull the update trigger. Any one with advice would be appreciated
