Guys,
I am in the final stages of all track work, before I permanently screw it all down. I am going piece by piece now, replacing any track sections that look marginal, installing new pins, and doing final crimping.
The middle of my layout has a Lionel 90 degree crossing. I bought it used, and it was only in fair to good shape. It works, but looks bad.
My little flea market train shop has a brand new K-Line crossing lying there, NIB, in the blister pack. It looks different than the Lionel, based on color of plastic etc., but overall it looks really great.
Is there a consensus as to whether the K-Line 90 crossings are as good as the Lionel? Any known issues with them?
Thanks for all info.
