The part is listed. I tried to put one in a cart, but the cart url doesn't show it. Just scan down on K line parts quite a way to K3810

I use either MTH or Lionel tires for most K-Line stuff, I've not come across one that I can't find a match for.  FWIW, I happen to have the K-Line A5, I used MTH tires on it, I forget the exact size.  Measure the tire and pick from the following list.  Note that it's better to have them slightly smaller than the actual measured size.
