Komatsu D475A Dozer in 1:50 scale

Nice looking model.

It looks like it was painted in CAT yellow.

Very nice, But where do you get one from?

Here is a Komatsu 475 A II removing overburden in a coal mine in Ohio. The dozer closer in the photo is a CAT D11

Manufacturer might be Shinsei from Japan

Found it on Ebay for $115

Hello Guys, Good to see a few Dozer photo's.  I was assigned to the development team(s) of a few machines along with the new D11 CAT dozer for a period of time while I was a CAT.   All I can say about CAT is what a company and what place to work for!   The automotive industry doesn't have anything over these guys when it comes to planning, business acumen, processes, validation, raw engineering etc etc.  The Komatsu D475A isn't in CAT yellow that I can attest to for sure!  These are extremely powerful machines and very complicated.   There is a lot going on behind the scenes as within the control systems, engine system, hydraulics etc.  I've had the pleasure of being trained / certified as an operator of this machine and several others.  That D11 monster has incredible capabilities.  I'm not sure where the Komatsu D475A is built, but Komatsu has a plant where they build some machines just down the street from Caterpillar in Peoria, ILL.
