Was thinking of getting one of these as my kids want a 'modern diesel'. Anyone have one with a video? A friend of mine has the NS LC ET44AC starter set & it's not half bad for the price. Was wondering how the sound improvements were, etc

Yes, I do have one (CXS). It runs great, slow speed is great. There are no figures in the cab as advertised. Compared to an MTH Railking loco in !/48 proportions, the MTH has it all over Lionel as far as small details go.
I don`t have Legacy or TMCC. I control it with the Universal Remote, so I can`t do all the features. I`m satisfied with the locomotive for what it is.
