Light strip for Weaver / Atlas Troop Sleeper | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I checked with Bill at Atlas yesterday about the light strips for Atlas troop sleepers which were scheduled to arrive as part of the second run of the troop sleeper series. He told me the light strips did not arrive. As a result of the latest Atlas factory news I guess the light strips will never be available.

Let the quest begin!

My first request is to anyone who may have a Weaver Troop sleeper that was a victim of a warped / busted frame. If anyone may have a light strip from Weaver troop sleeper that is beyond repair please let me know. My email address is in my profile.

My second request is for information about any alternative light strips that I could purchase and install in may dark troop sleeper.

Why not just use GRJ’s light module and a roll of LEDs?
