I saw these on ebay and put an opening bid on them just to see what happened. So I won them, but I can't seem to find any information about these. They are for O track. Does anyone know anything about these? What years were these produced? Are replacement lenses available for the domes? Any info would be appreciated.

The Standard Gauge switch introduced in 1906 was # 22. When "O" was introduced in 1915, Lionel used the "0" prefix in similar catalog items that provided the same function in "O" gauge, so the "022" model was born in "O" gauge.
They were made 1915-1926. The pictured ones are made after 1923. Some parts dealers or MTH might have the lanterns or lenses available but it is just colored celluloid so any appropriate plastic would suffice. The modern 022 lanterns have the same basic stuff.

022 was unassigned when they were introduced in 1938. In 1937 remote switches were 011 and manual were 021. Most people probably would not have known about the "old" 022 from 12 years earlier.
