Lionel 180 watt Powerhouse Availability

Check the shipping schedule on the Lionel website?   Far from correct most of the time, but a starting point.

Check first before posting. Why do think he's asking?

Ok, so the schedule says nothing.  In many cases recenty that has meant its been shipped.  He also never stated that he even checked the Lionel schedule.  So, I suggested that should be the first step.

They are probably all being used for Lionels new GW-180 which is listed as in stock most places.

For an extra $180 you get a conventional control house that reminds you of a crummy CW- 80.

I keep my eye out on the forum or eBay for them.  I've paid an average of around $80 for mine.

I've got 3 CW-80s and they work great.  I have yet to understand any of the hate they get.  And when My layout needs power I'll use them until I've saved up for the 180s with the box because I like the look of them, and found them the best for small hands.  And yes, I let any person run the trains, ages 0+.
