A few questions about the 350 transfer table.

First, I need some parts.  Notably the following parts #350-60 Adapter Bracket (4 pieces),  #350-62 Rail Adapter (4 pieces),

Adapter Screw 6x3/8 F.H.I. "Z".

I tried George Tebolt but he doesn't have them.  Where else can I look ?

Second, I was looking at the motor.  Normally there is a felt plug on the brush plate cover, between the two brush holders.  This is the place where most Lionel motors of this type get a drop or two of oil.  The motor on the transfer table has a white plastic plug in that hole.  I presume no lubrication is needed.

Third, Would the gearbox need lubrication ?   If so, an exploded diagram of the gearbox would go a long way in disassembling and reassembling it.

There is no bearing in the brush plate, no lube at that location. The gear box will need to have the gears and bearings greased.  See if you can do this by just removing the two screws in the gear box and removing the cover opposite the motor.  Getting to the motor field leads to unsolder and resolder them, to remove  the motor, is a pain.  The gear box is a double worm reduction and shares parts with the 364 and 397 gear boxes.  The final worm wheel drive is nylon and sometimes is stripped.  All the other gears are brass or steel. This is about the only gear box part available.  It must have been reproduced in brass many years ago. The Train Tender still have a few. You may want to get one of these gears just in case.   Just a coat of Red n Tacky on the gears and worms. The bearings all come through the case. They could be oiled from the outside, but grease prior to assembly would be better. There is a thrust washer on the worm end of the two shafts. These are probably there to keep the worms from drilling through the zinc.  Good to be sure the washers are there.
