I assume when you say the volume is turned up you have turned up the volume on the tender and via the remote,AUX-1?

i have trided all of that and still no sounds at all

It could be loose RS power board or sound chip not seated correctly in the RS board.

Try powering up the track with just the tender on it, tmcc/legacy tenders all make sound when track power is applied and there is no loco on the tether. I f the tender does not make sounds by itself I'm with Joe, start checking the tender

I will rest/program and try the tender only

opened tender, board was loose in tender put in back in
and Engine is totally operational

I think the box was dropped by UPS because it was damaged and that must
have moved board off its tynes
