For those that are concerned with model accuracy, the pictured Lionel model has a highly visible error - stoves and smoke stacks were never located close to the end of the car body when the cabin was equipped with collision posts - they were always close to the cupola.  N5 cabins as built did have their stoves near the end of the car body - but they were relocated to a position closer to the cupola when they were rebuilt with collision posts.  That safety upgrade program also entailed modifying the roof and end sill to accommodate the new collision posts.  N5b's on the other hand were built with collision posts and the stove/stack was close to the cupola.  Rebuilt N5's closely resemble N5's, but a number of subtle size (windows), handrail, and roof walk differences can be used to differentiate the classes.
