Have read Forum threads on subject including TOOTLE's of 12/13/15 where C.DEMILLE's suggestions were very helpful.  I have several quick questions to clarify things in my mind.  Crane legs are removed.

Questions:

A) When the 4 screws holding the 2 motor assemblies are removed, do I pull down on each assembly to remove it?  Will the shaft in each assembly also pull out of its seat in the cab base and remain part of the assembly.  Is there anything small that may fall or spring out of either assembly?

B) Looking at the assembly driving the boom, I see the plastic clip on the bottom of that assembly that must be carefully pried back to gain access to the hardened grease.  However. there is also a black metal bracket or arm that appears to start on the center mounting plate and protrude into this assembly.  Will that arm impact the removal of the assembly and is it something to worry about i.e. what role does it play and will there be an issue re-seating it when the assembly is reinstalled?

C) is there any work required on the motor assembly driving the cab - i.e. grease or belts?

Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide.
