Lionel signed/autographed???

Hi all,

I was servicing my 1946 726 & 2426W tender and came across this, see picture, in the tender. Seems to maybe have been signed by the assembler. I don't believe it was someone else that was in there and signed it later or something like that because it never seemed to be serviced or taken apart prior to me and it had the original wires. Also, no offense to the lady's but it is a girls name which also may lead to an assembler and not a service/tech man.

I never came across this but maybe someone else has???
