I believe it's marketed as a PowerMaster 6-37146 in a different case. Looks a lot like the original Command base. Click on the underlined phrase to access Lionel's website.
Specs indicate 180 watt, so it's not quite as robust as the original TPC400 with 20 amp circuitry, IMO.
The TPC300 and TPC400 are no longer being made. They do come up on eBay and the forum's buy and sell, so if you want one now just keep looking.
If you can wait, Lionel is going to offer a "super" Legacy PowerMaster sometime next year that will handle 2 PH180s (20 amps). Not sure when it will arrive.
