Lionel ZW-C Multi-Watt Transformer Program Button

I just remove the screws and lift the top off, I didn't have to do anything with the program button.  I was careful to jockey the case so it wouldn't drag on the button, but that shoudn't be an issue.

I was able to lift it off, the top is getting hung up somewhere but unable to figure out where. Looks like the content is a little misaligned. What seems very odd to me is that the 4 aluminum fins (heat sinks?) are not placed parallel to each other, the 2 on outside are perpendicular to the case with the 2 inner ones at a weird diagonal. Is there a picture of how the insides should look with the content installed correctly? Is there an instructional video of how to install the new module?
