Hello, my favorite engine is a NP Lionmaster Challenger (6-38091) from 2004. Unfortunately, the magnetic fly wheel on the rear motor cracked and came off about a year ago. So it's become the queen of my layout's engine shed, largely because I'm not sure how to replace the flywheel.
I had hoped to be able to purchase a new motor with the flywheel attached, but it hasn't been available at Lionel. Are there other motors? Or other ideas? I am reasonably mechanical. But hoping the wisdom on this forum can give me guidance to get her back on track. Thanks in advance.
