Guys I have a centruy club NYC niagara that is stuck in forward only in conventional. Reprogrammed using the CAB1. In command it works great IR teather and all.
Any suggestions?

Interesting, I think that will be a question for Lionel, but I imagine the R2LC microprocessor has a problem. I would try swapping that out. G
Program/run switch is most likely in the program position! If running TMCC cab-1 assign the loco to TR 0 to clear any previous lash up assignments!

Can an engine work in TMCC when in the program mode? G
Yes, but only sounds you get is whistle or horn (when activating sounds that is: whistle, bell, towercom, coupler, etc.)
