I see $69.99 saving $29.01 on the link I posted and still see it. Scroll down to the 3 buildings I meant to mention.

I bought one at $69.99. Don't understand why you don't see what I see. Sorry.

Strange. Not only does it show up as the higher price but the measurements are clearly not the O scale version. More like the HO measurement. Oh, well...

Was at the Jefferson City, MO Menard's on the 18th, the still have 3 or 4 of each on the shelf. $69.99 each.
Also a couple Lionel starter sets and track and some trees.

The local stores have them at $69.99, although inventory is dwindling quickly. Phone first.

When I first went to the Menards website, like others I found all three buildings listed at their original $99 price. I added all three to "My Shopping Cart".

When I went to view "My Shopping Cart" to check out, a note appeared within "My Shopping Cart" indicating that the quantity listed was the quantity the store had in stock to sell. Based on this, it's possible that Menards ships these buildings directly to you from the store you select. The store I selected happened to have all three buildings in stock so it wasn't an issue for me. However, if Menards does ship these buildings directly from the store you select and the store you select doesn't have all three buildings, then you may need to select more than one store using Store Locator's "Make My Store" button in order to find one or more stores with the builings you want in stock, purchase them online at the lower $69.99 sales price, and then have the store or stores ship the buildings directly to you.

From the dimensions shown on the Menards website these buildings look to be HO scale.

You guys may be disappointed if you are going to use these on an O scale layout.

The dimensions shown on their site are wrong (I advised them of that many weeks ago), but you can be sure the $99...or $69...or whatever buildings are O scale. Read the description, and disregard the listed dimensions.

OK Allan, I'll trust that the O Scale in the description is correct.

Thanks navy.seal. Using your information , I was able to order the cobbler shop but the other 2 were listed as out of stock. I am however pleased to at least be able to get one of these stores.

Yes. Technically speaking, it's only 1/4 of a floor[ for the store window]

The only things left online are the Menards and the cobbler. The Menards is $30.99 and the cobbler for $49.50. Since there are no Menards in the NE, I really don't have a sentimental attachment. I did buy the cobbler's store as it looks pretty nice and does have a big nostalgia factor.

Better Move NOW! The Buildings are moving FAST! I just got the JW Cobler... the only one left at that $49.99 price!

Yes indeed. I hadn't noticed the size as I wasn't interested. It can take up a fair amount of my available space.

Just got the Cobbler store for $59.33 mailed to my door. Great price, wish they had the "Eau Claire General Store" left.

Thanks to navy.seal and Allan Miller for clearing up the confusion. Awhile ago I selected the store closet to upstate NY and it must remain when I go to the site.

If anyone is still looking for any of the three buildings the south store in Lincoln NE still has all 3. They also have a number of their flat cars their for $29 if I remembered correct. They also have the Milwakee set for $219. I do not know how of a set this is but if any body had picked it up I would like to here about it. Thanks, Nick

I just want to thank my fellow forum mebers as well. I read about the price reduction on these buildings on this thread just last night and visited my local Menards (Saint Joseph, MO) first thing this morning. I was able to pick up all three for the $69.99 each. They are very nice buildings, well worth the price I think. My wife really enjoyed all of the little details included about the buildings. Thanks P&L for starting this thread and giving us a heads-up. Bill B.

The incredible vanishing sale prices. The Menards store is back to $99.99. The Cobler is back at $69.99. I received an email that my Cobler building was shipped out today via FEDEX. Talk about fast service!!

Several stores still have them. The south Lincoln store has not reduced their prices from $69.95. They say they have taken them off the sales floor and are storing them until the 2012 holiday season. Pat B.

Keep in mind that the identical Woodland Scenics buildings, sans the Menards lettering, are available at a good number of Woodland Scenics dealers, and often at very decent prices. I've been told that these structures are selling far beyond original expectations, and that bodes well for future offerings.

I just went to the link that P&L posted and they were $49.50.
