Friday is a FUN day For Trains, so, not then............... umm grandkids stopping over on the weekend. so not good, ummmm

with a simple answer. no and no.. The load is held on with 3 screws which are very tight , I tried on three cars, couldn't get one to move.  even if you did get the load off , the rivet that holds the trucks on is hidden.  Bob..

Steve, the address Bob posted is the one I used. Whenever I have a problem or inquiry, which is rare, I have always gotten a quick response and question answered or problem resolved using that address.

As a followup to my missing parts.  I finally contacted the guest@menard-inc.com  address.  It took two days for a response (not a complaint), they said they would ship the items.  Today I received them as they stated they would.  Menards, thank you for promptly  taking care of this (once I contacted the correct person.)
