Darn!! Right when I'm crawling into bed. Here's what I know of Andrew. 

The above pieces are all I am aware of Atlas O making. I have picked up every MRL piece offered except what you have above.

Atlas O can make the SD35 low nose and GP35 low nose in the MRL scheme.

Lionel did a MRL 2 pack for the TCA, item 52373.

Atlas O is having production delays with all diesel locomotives. Look to 2014 for them to catch up on diesels.

The next best choices are MTH because they can make the SD35, GP35, and GP9.

Then there is Lionel who can make the GP35 and GP9.

It depends on which command control and sound system you can use.

There was a K-Line by Lionel MRL ACF Center Flow 3-Bay Covered Hopper.

It was mass produced but might be hard to find these days.

Lionel still has it on their website.

This is a Pullman-Standard PS-2-CD 3-Bay Covered Hopper that was repainted in the gray MRL scheme with colorful graphics. The MTH Premier PS-2-CD high-sided 3-Bay Covered Hopper is the same car type.

The next run of these hoppers by MTH has to include MRL.

This Montana Rail Link Plug-Door Waffle-Side High-Cube Box Car looks similar to the Berwick Box Cars made by Atlas O. Too bad they are only 50' long and not 60' long. It means that the scheme would have to be a special run by a large Western Hobby shop or shops like Petersen Supply Co. and/or the Western Depot.

If you can find the decals and paint, you can decorate your own car.

The Premier version of the MRL 50' Modern Box Car can be the first scheme and/or the current paint scheme.

I am pretty sure I have seen MRL covered hoppers made by Weaver. 

Weaver Custom runs:

  Petersen Supply - ACF Centerflow and PS-2 CD Grain hoppers

  P&D Hobbies - 50 foot boxcar

Three road numbers each I believe.

Thrall Car built 2-bay Covered Hoppers and 3-bay Covered Hoppers for the Montana Rail Link back in the 1990's.

In fact the MRL 2-bay Covered Hoppers built by Thrall Car have already been transferred to The Andersons AEX.

The Thrall Car Covered Hoppers in the 1990's were higher-hipped and had thinner side-frames than the ACF Center Flow Covered Hoppers. The cumulative differences are great enough that it would not be right to use the ACF Center Flow Covered Hoppers from Lionel or MTH to represent the Thrall Car Covered Hoppers in O Scale.

The Thrall Car 2-bay and 3-bay Covered Hoppers can be 3D Printed, if somebody can find or purchase copies of the blueprints from Trinity RailCar who bought up Thrall Car in 2002.
