Anyone have an efficient way of moving the brake detail on the new Lionel milk cars to between the frame and the center sill, like it’s supposed to be?

Good luck in finding a fix. And don't forget to fix the defect in the couplers. You'll need to do some rework so they will couple with other cars and not cause any derailments.

I'm good on the couplers. I developed the Kadee mounts in 2016...

I've converted mine to kadee. Out goes those defective couplers. Now I have to decide whether or not to convert my older milk cars????
Now any one mix up paint for the Green Rutland car so I can touch up the flaking paint on the door hinges?
I wonder why they changed it from the old design? Looks like we just need to swap the new shell onto a donor assembly from the earlier run if we want good trucks and the correct brake details. I still haven't committed to non-Lobster claws at this point so I need a solution if I'm going to have any of these new ones.
