I reviewed this clip. Eric does not address TPC (Track Power Controller) 400 or the new Powermasters. I emailed Eric questions concerning this video and the TPC 400.

I don't think his intent was to explain the TPC or power masters, just to explain what runs what engines (Lionel & MTH). It's also a few years old, before Legacy Power masters, which I understand may be taking the place of the TPC's?
