Hi, Just to let everyone know of my experience after seeing one of these at the train show in January 2013 at West Springfield, Mass. I've looked all over the net but couldn't find one. Finally called MTH as they are reissuing it for shipment sometime in May 2013. I tried calling 2 places and neither of them knew about it but now you can pre-order at Charles Ro, or cttrains. the Premier MTH GE evolution Hybrid (product number 20-2986-1) was great to watch run. The price was 479.00. They are NOT stocked anywhere that i could find but you can per-order, if anyone is interested. One other thing I found out (when calling MTH) was that this engine was never made in Proto Sound 2 as listed in various places around the net but only in Proto Sound 3! They have two models, 20-2986-1 runs on 42" curves or 20-2986-2 runs on 31" curves.
