Hi folks, I have been searching for 2 X 10mm X .4 BLACK phillips panhead screws. I checked NBK, Misumi, Fastener Express, NWSL (closing orders down June), Monster Bolts, Micro fasteners, Bolt Depot and either they have no black or with $ packs with more than I need. Would anyone know some other places to check? Only looking for about a dozen.

You might try Ace Hardware. They have a surprisingly broad selection of specialty fasteners and hardware, including smaller screws. I don't know if they have either the size or color you are seeking, but it might be worth a look. And they sell by the piece, so you only get what you need.

eBay has lots of those Chinese listings for small cheap. screws and bolts and nuts etc. but often take several weeks to receive from Hong Kong free shipping.
