Just curious...anybody out there receive the new Legacy EM-1's yet? I'm thinking of getting a B&O, but would like to hear on running first.
I saw the video that Trainworld put up, but it's the fantasy blue version and they were only running it back and forth on their short and straight test track. At least it sounded like they put in an articulated sound set.
Hoping Lionel didn't paint the boiler front that hideous gray they put on the VL Challengers!

Gray would be alot better than silver LOL!
They need to never use that awful paint again but we likely all know how it will turn out.
I haven't seen the other paint schemes yet. Only the B&O Cincinnatian so far.
A couple of the schemes were shown on the Virtual York Train Show held by TrainWorld on Facebook and YouTube. The prototypical B&O scheme is above, and the DM&IR "Yellowstone" is below.
The B&O looks magnificent, but the gray on the DM&IR looks more like aqua, which puzzles me.
There was also a video released of one of the engines being run in what appears to be a factory overseas. I can't find it, but they carried the sounds over from the last run of Legacy EM-1s. Not surprising at all.
