Ditto here. I never got back any messages from my email to Ryan and Dave. I asked Ken Jr to ask about it directly to Ryan on the TrainWorld event they had recently, but my questions wasn't asked the way I asked it. So, still at square one. When I get home I could message again, but doubt that will get any notice. Only other thing would be for you to reach out to Ryan. I can shoot you his email when I get home and hope you have better luck than me.

what are you guys asking about?

i'm sure everything will be answered in January anyway

although i can't decide whats more painful ,

the anxiety of tomarrows doctor visit or waiting for the catalog or waiting for the next Transformers film

The concern is over what was used in the 3D printed shell which Jim explains here. The 1218 had only had that for a very minimal amount of time. It is not a true representation of the locomotive(s) when in their service years.

Cody, don't sweat a visit to the doctor. There is no use in getting worked up over the unknown, digest it all when the doctor is talking to you about what it is. Good luck tomorrow.

Has anyone received theirs?  Interested to see the real color of these

A few. Look up N&W 1218 or VL Class A I think or just two of the topics. Someone posted about the custom run of Mr. Muffins Pennsy which looked better in those pictures than at Muffins. Red looked more like the Santa Fe Black Bonnet red, but what do I know.
