The Old Town Model Railroad Depot is closing it's doors. I started running trains on that layout in April of 2021 and it was probably one of the nicest layouts to operate trains on.

This is the end of the line for us. It is with great sadness that we announce the upcoming closure of the Old Town Model Railroad Depot. Unfortunately, being a tourism dependent business through a pandemic was more than our little museum could handle. Our last day of operations will be November 6, 2022. Please make sure to check our website for our latest hours (subject to change).

When we purchased the business in November of 2019, we never expected that a pandemic would derail all our plans four months later. But, life is full of surprises. So, with the upcoming end of our current lease, we made the difficult choice not to renew.

We will be selling through all of our inventory, most of the things on display on the layout, and all the art work on the walls over the next few months. If there is something specific that you truly want, stop in and speak to one of our wonderful employees.

Also, feel free to stop by and thank the crew. This is the best group I've ever had the pleasure to work with and they have done so much to keep this place going and making it the best it can be over the last few years.

If you have any questions DM us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
