Every few months this topic comes up. The website outages have always been temporary and usually come back with in a business day or two. These are toy trains - have patients. Can't hurt to try to ping @sharon.ottparts either.

I have many "patients". All waiting to be fixed.

These smart phones are not very smart sometimes and I find they always change my words.
I hear ya! You can really get youself in trouble sometimes if your not careful!

I was trying last night with no luck. It kind of makes me want to buy their service manual CDs if their site ever goes down for good.
